A-Players is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Lead with a focus on Google Ads to take ownership of strategy, development, and scaling of one of the key performance marketing channels.

A few examples of your responsibilities:
- Build a unified, transparent Google UA strategy that is aligned with business goals and P&L
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Search, pMAX, and YouTube using Smart Bidding, scripts, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with the Analytics and Growth teams to develop a data-driven approach to post-click metrics, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling
- Automate routine tasks such as bid management, alerts, and feed optimization
- Work with the Creative Factory to shape test plans, share insights, and align on messaging
- Lead and mentor UA specialists and build a clear framework for performance and team growth.
What we look for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, pMAX, and YouTube) and monthly budgets of at least $200K
- Solid understanding of cohort and post-install analytics
- Proficiency with Smart Bidding, GA4, SA360, and S2S integrations
- Proven team management experience, including coaching, scaling, and building performance processes
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher.
