We are seeking an experienced UGC Project Manager to oversee and optimize our user-generated content (UGC) production pipeline. This role requires leveraging modern methodologies and tools to drive our creative projects for performance marketing and ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Own the UGC Production Pipeline:
    - Lead the end-to-end management of UGC content production, from planning and task allocation to delivery and post-analysis.
  • Implement and Maintain Project Tools:
    - Set up and manage project management systems, like Asana, to streamline workflows, track progress, and ensure visibility.
  • Standardize and Scale:
    - Build repeatable templates and systems to improve efficiency and consistency across all creative projects.
  • Track Time & Performance:
    - Monitor project timelines, time spent on tasks, and other KPIs to improve team productivity and workflow clarity.
  • Manage Freelancers & Creators:
    - Coordinate with freelance content creators and services to keep everything on track and on-brand.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    - Work closely with Creative Producers, UA Managers, and Designers to align creative outputs with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Support Creative Teams:
    - Guide and support creative designers to meet timelines, uphold quality, and keep the creative energy flowing.

What we look for:

  • 2+ years of experience in project or operations management, ideally in a creative, marketing, or content-focused environment. A strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and great at juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you're the go-to person who keeps everyone aligned.
  • An analytical thinker who can translate numbers and timelines into actionable improvements.
  • Experience working with or managing freelancers or creative teams is a big plus.
  • A passion for creative content and an appreciation for the fast-paced world of UGC and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of information technology procedures, practices, and trends, with the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications used within the organization and industry.
