At A-Players, we are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to become the first core mobile engineer of a new AI-powered product and help build the foundation of our mobile direction.

This is not a role for someone who wants to focus only on feature implementation. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys ownership, can make architectural decisions, and is excited about building production-ready mobile products from the ground up.

You will work on a new AI-powered self-learning product available across iOS, Android, and Web, while helping establish reusable mobile infrastructure and engineering standards that can later support multiple products across the company.

You will join a fast-moving product environment where speed matters, but quality matters just as much.

• Develop and maintain a cross-platform application using React Native for iOS, Android, and Web
• Take ownership of the full mobile development lifecycle, from implementation to production support
• Design and evolve scalable mobile architecture and engineering practices
• Integrate backend APIs, analytics, subscriptions, and payment flows
• Build and maintain event tracking and mobile analytics systems
• Manage App Store and Google Play release processes
• Monitor application performance, crashes, and production stability
• Improve user experience, performance, and overall product quality
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and Growth teams

• 4+ years of commercial experience with React Native
• Solid understanding of both iOS and Android platforms
• Experience owning mobile applications beyond feature development
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Experience with state management solutions
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and scalable application design
• Experience with subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics, and event tracking
• Experience debugging production issues and optimizing application performance
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Experience with Expo
• Experience with Firebase ecosystem
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Understanding of native mobile modules
• Experience working on subscription-based products
• Active use of AI tools in daily development workflows
