We are looking for a Production Lead to drive visual quality excellence across all creative assets - from static ads and motion to UGC. This is one of the pivotal roles in our Creative Hub - you will shape how the production team operates day to day, while also building bridges with creative producers across multiple brands. It’s a role at the intersection of management and process architecture: setting up workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration, and making sure the creative output fuels the success of the entire ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Audit & Optimization Comprehensive audit of current workflows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, followed by the design and implementation of improved processes to ensure scalability and creative output quality
  • Team Structuring & Resource Allocation — Build and evolve the creative team architecture: define key roles, assess internal capacity, and make data-driven decisions on what to keep in-house versus outsource, ensuring optimal balance of cost, speed, and expertise
  • Final Visual QA & Sign-Off — Perform final quality assurance and sign-off for all creatives (static, motion, UGC, landing pages, banners, email) in close collaboration with CP Leads
  • Visual Quality Framework Development — Create and maintain visual quality guidelines, checklists, and brand systems together with CP Lead
  • QA Process & Automation — Embed quality checks into people & pipeline designed with CP Lead; implement AI validation to reduce average review turnaround
  • Team Reviews & Mentorship — Run weekly design reviews and monthly workshops for CPs and designers
  • Quality ↔︎ Performance Analytics — Track error rate, revision cycles, CTR/ROAS/PAM together with CP Lead; deliver quarterly “State of Visual Quality” report

Key KPIs

  • Contribution to profitability (PAM): share of QA-approved assets with pROI ≥ target pROI
  • Impact of visual quality on performance: e.g., Δ CTR / ROAS of new assets vs control
  • First-pass QA success rate: # of assets approved without revisions ÷ total assets
  • Up-to-date Visual Quality Framework for CP Leads & designers
  • Automated QA coverage: % of assets passing AI/auto-validation

What we look for:

  • 4+ years in performance design. 2+ years of proven experience in a production lead or similar leadership role.
  • Experience with web-to-app and web-to-web funnels; creating high-performing visuals for Social (Meta / Instagram, TikTok, X) and Google Ads
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, pROI) and ability to translate visual findings into data. Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on CTR / ROAS (multi-format: static, motion, UGC, LP)
  • Experience running high-speed QA workflows for ≥ 50 assets/week in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to set up visual control systems: guidelines, checklists, designer mentorship
  • AI-driven mindset: ability to explore, test, and implement automation tools and innovative solutions to optimize production.
