We’re looking for an Office Manager who will be the heart of our office - someone who creates a cozy atmosphere, keeps everything running smoothly, and helps the team feel at home.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Daily office operations (supplies, cleaning, equipment, security).
- Coworking Administration: Managing contractors and service providers.
- Finance & Documentation: Budgeting and expense control. Document flow: invoices, contracts, primary documentation.
- Business Support: Organizing business trips and visa support, liaising with government agencies, courier services and deliveries.
- Corporate Culture: Organizing corporate events, supporting HR initiatives.
- Founders’ Support: Ad hoc tasks and personal assistant duties.
What we look for:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Cyprus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Greek is a huge plus.
- Financial & Budgeting Skills: Experience in managing operational expenses, multi-currency budgets, and cost optimization.
- Vendor Management & Negotiation: Proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiations.
- Logistics & Travel Coordination: Hands-on experience with relocation, business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).
- Tech Proficiency: Google Workspace / MS Office, task managers (e.g., Asana), and AI tools.
- International Administration: Experience working across jurisdictions, visa procedures, and cross-cultural communication.
- Event Management: Organizing corporate events.
