A-Players is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Lead focused on  Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.) to take full ownership of strategy, execution, and scaling of one of our key performance marketing channels.

• Build and execute a unified Paid Social UA strategy aligned with business goals and P&L
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns using data-driven insights and automation tools
• Collaborate closely with Analytics and Growth teams to improve post-click metrics, cohort performance, and LTV modeling
• Continuously test and iterate creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and user retention
• Develop automation for reporting, optimization, and creative testing
• Work with the Creative Factory to define test plans, share insights, and align on messaging and hypothese
• Lead and mentor UA specialists, define performance frameworks, and foster team growth

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social managing budgets of at least $200K/month
• Experience working with web-based subscription products
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving ROI across different funnel stages
• Strong understanding of cohort analysis, attribution, and post-install metrics
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with dashboards and experimentation tools
• Proven team management experience — coaching, performance reviews, process building
