Full time

At A-Players, we’re opening a new chapter: launching a next-gen AI-powered microlearning product designed to help people grow their income through fast, actionable learning.

We are building a full production pipeline that allows us to ship microlearns at scale — as modular, repeatable, high-quality product units.

Our new product will be cross-platform and will become the foundation of our entire product line.

Now we are looking for a Lead Product Manager — a hands-on expert in mobile content products. In this role, you will be at the origin of creating the framework that will power dozens of microlearns across niches: AI, productivity, soft skills, money, career, wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product hands-on with a focus on mobile (iOS, Android). Be the key carrier of mobile product expertise inside the team. Shape and optimize core flows, application logic, specialized and payment pages, paywalls, UI/UX, screens, etc — everything that makes a mobile content product fast, intuitive, converting, and polished.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and key roles. Work tightly with the Founder, CTO, Head of AI, Lead Content Manager, and others.
  • Build the framework for scalable microlearn production. Create a component-based architecture that allows rapid replication of microlearns into new niches.
  • Synchronization across marketing and monetization teams to ensure alignment across funnels, messaging, and activation strategies.

Goals for the first 3–6 months:

  • Bring the product to a strong, competitive level and even higher.
  • Build reusable components.
  • Create a framework for fast replication of microlearns into other niches.

What you’ll have:

  • Maximum autonomy, speed, responsibility, and access to decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Fast hypotheses, fast versions, fast launch: we shorten product development cycles dramatically and are already preparing for release.
  • The opportunity to influence not just one product but the entire future product line of the company.
  • A compact, highly driven team of top professionals.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of proven experience launching and developing mobile content apps as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Cross-platform experience — confident in navigating the nuances of web, iOS, and Android to deliver a consistent product experience and ensure platform-native quality.
  • Excellent knowledge of US mobile product standards, trends, and top-tier app benchmarks — a sharp eye for what defines best-in-class user experience, conversion, and design patterns in the most competitive global market.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach — able to interpret product metrics, build hypotheses, run experiments, and make decisions rooted in data, not assumptions.

Soft skills:

  • Energetic and fast hands-on practitioner; persistent, driven, proactive — someone who moves quickly, removes blockers, and pushes the product forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Flexible thinking — able to adapt, re-evaluate, and find the best solution in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Owning mindset — treats the product as their own, takes responsibility for outcomes, and leads initiatives end-to-end.
  • Action-oriented; focused on “doing here and now” — operates with urgency, prioritizes execution, and knows how to bring clarity and speed to the team.

We offer:

Why this role matters:

  • An exciting, promising project with scaling potential (we are forming a framework and approach that will allow us to replicate other microlearn niches based on our product).
  • Freedom to act with no legacy or bureaucracy.
  • Expertise that is valued in any market: the creation of a fast product conveyor.
  • Participation in a project aiming to take the niche of “AI education for earning more” in one of the most profitable markets in the world.
