A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead Media Buyer to drive and scale our Paid Social performance (Meta, TikTok) across multiple AI-powered B2C SaaS products.
You’ll work across multiple AI-powered consumer products (chat & content tools, creative utilities, and subscription apps). You’ll join a fast-moving, data-driven environment where performance, creativity, and automation meet - and where your decisions directly shape how millions of users discover our products.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll build the strategy, structure, and team for one of the company’s key growth engines - transforming Paid Social into a predictable, profitable, and data-driven channel.

Responsibilities:
- Build and own a unified Paid Social strategy (Meta, TikTok) aligned with business KPIs (CPA, ROAS, pROI, LTV)
- Turn Social into a profitable and scalable channel - from test pipelines to automation and reporting
- Lead the development of a structured testing framework for creatives, audiences, and hypotheses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Hub, Analytics, and Growth teams to optimize post-click performance, improve Win Rate, and accelerate learning loops
- Develop automation and tracking systems (CAPI/S2S, dashboards, alerts, BI tools) to improve speed and transparency
- Continuously explore new formats, geos, and tools to push channel efficiency and innovation
- Mentor and grow a team of Media Buyers - define standards, processes, and performance frameworks
What we look for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) managing budgets of $200K+/month
- Proven record of scaling acquisition profitably in data-driven environments (CPA, ROAS, pROI)
- Deep understanding of auction mechanics, learning phase, bid strategies, and signal quality optimization
- Strong grasp of key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, Win Rate) and unit economics (cohort, post-click, LTV)
- Experience building channel roadmaps, forecasting, and managing spend allocation across products and geos
- Familiarity with creative analytics - ability to test hypotheses, analyze patterns, and collaborate with creative producers on storytelling and performance insights
- Skilled in automation and tracking systems (CAPI/S2S, BI dashboards, auto-rules, API-based optimization, ML-driven tools)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams in data-driven environments
- Proven leadership experience - hiring, mentoring, and building structured, high-performing Media Buying teams
Nice to have:- Cross-channel knowledge (Google Ads, YouTube, Telegram, Snap, Reddit) and understanding of full-funnel attribution
- Experience with AI-based creative tools and predictive scoring systems (e.g. Runway, CreativeX, Midjourney)
- Background in subscription or mobile-app products, iOS/ATT environments, and CRO (landing/offers optimization)
- Skills in SQL, Looker, or Python for advanced analytics and automation
- Participation in R&D or internal growth projects involving ML, content testing, or process automation
