We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to build and own marketing growth from zero to scale for a newly launched EdTech AI product.

This is a foundational leadership role at the product release stage. The key challenge is to design, validate, and scale a repeatable growth engine from scratch, operating in an environment with high ownership, speed, and ambiguity.

The role starts with full ownership of marketing growth and PAM (Profit After Marketing) and has a clear and intentional path to a General Manager position, with full P&L responsibility for the product as a standalone business unit inside the company.

This role is ideal for a senior growth leader who wants to own business outcomes, not just marketing metrics, and who enjoys building systems, teams, and strategy hands-on.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end marketing growth.
  • Take full ownership of the entire funnel - from top-of-funnel creatives to monetization, with a gradual expansion of responsibility into product management and product-related growth decisions.
  • Define and execute marketing strategy, positioning, and core communications.
  • Build, test, and scale paid distribution channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others).
  • Own and develop the martech foundation required for rapid experimentation and funnel iteration.
  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Be fully accountable for PAM performance.

Goals for the First 3-6 Months:

  • Build a scalable creative testing pipeline capable of supporting high creative velocity and rapid iteration.
  • Establish core marketing processes and operating rhythms to enable systematic experimentation and decision-making.
  • Build and launch a funnel testing pipeline across web funnels, onboarding flows, and monetization mechanics.
  • Lay the foundation for a martech stack that enables fast, data-driven funnel experimentation and scaling.
  • Identify early traction in core communications and value propositions that show consistent conversion signals.
  • Build and onboard an initial marketing team across key distribution channels with clear ownership.

What we look for:

You are likely a strong fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing roles.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with direct ownership over results.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and monetizing web-based funnels.
  • Hands-on experience managing large creative volumes and meaningful ad budgets.
  • Strong understanding of scaling mechanics across Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
  • Experience hiring and leading cross-channel marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed.
