A-Players is looking for an experienced Growth Design Lead to play a key role in the development of a new product.

You won’t just be designing - you’ll be driving growth by researching the market, generating and visualizing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and directly influencing product revenue. This strategic position is within a fast-moving team where your ideas quickly turn into action and impact is visible through real metrics.

• In-depth market analysis and monitoring to identify trends and generate promising product ideas
• Generating and visualizing hypotheses - developing bold, unconventional growth ideas and bringing them to life through thoughtful design
• Design and optimize web funnels to create new and improve existing user journeys, driving conversion and engagement
• A/B testing and research: launching, managing, and analyzing experiments aimed at improving key product metrics
• You will take ownership of the process from concept to launch, take responsibility for outcomes, and directly influence performance.

• 5+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer
• Strong understanding of web funnels and their business logic
• Proficient in using Figma for prototyping and visualizing ideas
• Solid analytical skills and ability to work with key metrics
• Ability to quickly dive into complex problems and develop effective solutions
• High level of autonomy and accountability
• Creativity and ability to generate unconventional, bold hypotheses
• Strong results orientation and focus on solutions rather than problems
• Proficiency in English - B1 or higher.
