We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Freelance) to join our fully remote creative team and help craft high-performing advertising visuals powered by both traditional design skills and generative AI tools. Responsibilities:

  • Work from briefs provided by the Creative Producer, turning them into strong visual solutions
  • Design static ad banners and graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Prepare multiple creative variations, proposing fresh ideas and visual concepts
  • Incorporate generative AI tools (MidJourney, Leonardo, Krea, Higgsfield, Freepik, etc.) into the workflow
  • Incorporate feedback, refine visuals, and deliver polished final results
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, including advertising creatives
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma; Illustrator/After Effects is a plus
  • Practical experience with AI tools and services (Freepik, MidJourney, Leonardo etc.)
  • Solid understanding of design principles: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Self-motivated, communicative, and transparent about progress
  • Strong time-management skills: ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once

We offer:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, production studios, or agencies
  • Familiarity with digital formats: web banners, stories, digital ads, etc
  • Experience with generative workflows: performance creative templates, rapid prototyping, and variations
  • Awareness of advertising and design trends, with the ability to adapt to various styles and platforms
