A-Players is looking for a Creative Lead to oversee our performance-driven creative unit. This role is ideal for a results-oriented creative professional with a strong track record of delivering high-performing creatives and strong leadership skills. Working closely with performance marketing, you’ll turn insights into powerful creative concepts that win attention and drive results.
A few examples of your responsibilities:
- Own and evolve creative strategy - develop and update a scalable creative strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive creative ideation - generate hypotheses, lead brainstorms, and maintain a high-output flow of performance-tested ideas
- Analyze performance and optimize - take ownership of metrics like PAM, ROAS, and CPA; ensure continuous testing and iteration
- Manage creative production pipeline - structure the creative unit, scale output, and optimize workflows from brief to delivery
- Team leadership and mentoring - grow, inspire, and coach a team of producers
- Automate and innovate - implement AI-based tools and automation to speed up production cycles and decision-making.
What we look for:
- Proven performance track record as a Lead Creative Producer:
▸ 1+ year in a leadership role (on the creative team)
▸ Portfolio includes over 10 "winner" creatives with over 20% ROAS uplift
▸ Full ownership of strategy and final creative approval - Strong production and people management skills:
▸ Manage a team of 3+ Creative Producers
▸ Deliver 50+ unique creatives weekly with a win rate of at least 15%
▸ Set up and optimize full-cycle creative workflow - Analytical mindset and budget ownership:
▸ Independently work with metrics: ROAS, CPA, IPM, CTR
▸ Tools: Tableau / Looker or similar
▸ Scaled “winner” creatives ×3 on $100K+ monthly ad spend
▸ Implemented AI/process automation, cutting time-to-market by ≥20%
Proficiency in English - B2 or higher.
