The company is scaling fast while keeping its startup spirit. We are now building the management system that will allow us to grow and eventually form a holding structure. To accelerate this journey, we are opening a key role: Chief Operating Officer.
Your mission
Help the company transition from “startup” to a scalable operating model: establish processes, ensure transparency and efficiency, and enable us to grow ×2–3 per year while keeping our speed and agility.
Responsibilities:
- Operating system — implement management processes (strategic planning, OKRs/scorecards, prioritization).
- Organizational design — shape and evolve the structure that supports scaling without overloading the founders.
- Financial transparency — oversee budget, key metrics, and reporting (in partnership with Finance and Data teams).
- Process leadership — build strong cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Data, Back-office).
- Execution & speed — ensure a clear operating rhythm: priorities, syncs, decisions, follow-ups.
- Continuous improvement — identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

What we look for:
- Experience in operational leadership at companies of 150–300 employees (scaling track record is more important than corporate administration).
- Proven success in building processes and structures that enabled significant business growth.
- Understanding of product-driven businesses (Mobile Apps/Games, SaaS, EdTech, IT, or related).
- Solid grasp of financial and business models, with focus on ROI.
- Strong soft skills: ability to simplify, structure, and align teams.
